Sauble Cottage

Thank you for taking the time to browse through our site. Sauble Cottage is located just off the main street of Sauble Beach, on a lovely 50x100’ treed lot with ample parking space for a couple of vehicles. The cottage has three bedrooms. Two rooms each have a queensize bed and one room has twin bunks. There is also a queensize pull-out couch in the sunroom and a queensize futon in the living room. The cottage can comfortably sleep a maximum of eight people. There is a bar-b-que, a firepit and three patio areas with furniture. Sauble Cottage is equipped with a 38" flat screen tv, satellite and wifi, as well as a smaller 19" DVD/tv combo and a CD player. Guests will need to provide their own towels, bed linens, and first aid supplies (comforter, blanket & pillows provided). The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, dishware, mugs and glasses. There is also a microwave and a stove for your convenience. Dishwashing liquid and some basic cleaning supplies are also provided. In order to secure your desired week(s), a cash deposit covering half the cost of the week’s rental is needed upon booking. The balance is due one month in advance of your arrival. Failure to provide the second payment, when required, will result in the loss of your deposit and reservation.
